Kim's Katering :: Policies and Options
- A non-refundable booking fee of $50.00 is required to hold your date at the time of booking.
- Set-up and delivery charge - 10% over 25 miles.
- Gratuity not included but customary.
- Under minimum - additional charge - no exceptions
- Chocolate Fountain rental available - Click here for details.
- Linen rental - $3.50 per linen cloth and $0.25 per linen napkin. Any missing or damaged items shall be the responsibility of the client.
- Decorating Fees:
Skirting & linens for main tables - $75.00
Lights, greenery & materials for main tables - $100.00
Setup of tables & chairs at hall (cover with table covering) - $125.00 - Glassware, china and silverware are available for rental - call for details
- Cake serving set - $5.00 rental
 - Leftovers will be the property of the clients, providing the client has furnished the necessary containers.
- Table Fountain (decorative) available only with complete catering job - $50.00
